Borderly tracks the days you spend in each country and applies day-counting rules such as Schengen 90/180, calendar-year limits, consecutive-day limits and custom counters, together with trip planning, history rebuilding, reports and animated travel replays.
Borderly is not legal, immigration or tax advice. Counters are calculated from the data on your device and can be wrong if that data is incomplete or inaccurate. Entry and exit rules, exemptions and the way authorities count days vary by country and change over time. You remain solely responsible for your compliance — always verify your status with the relevant embassy, border authority or a qualified professional before you travel or file anything.
Automatic location detection and the photo-metadata scan produce estimates. Days flagged for review are estimates until you confirm them, and days with no signal at all may be missing. Review and correct your history before relying on any number the app shows or any report you export.
Some features (automatic tracking, full history rebuild, unlimited counters, the trip planner, the advisor, animated replays and PDF/CSV reports) require a Borderly Premium subscription, available as a monthly or an annual auto-renewing plan; a one-time lifetime purchase may also be offered. The annual plan may include a free trial (currently 7 days); you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase or at the end of the trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled anytime in your Apple Account settings.
Purchases are processed by Apple; refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store terms at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your travel history, trips, notes, plans, exports and replays belong to you. They are stored on your device and are not read, uploaded or published by us. Because we hold no copy, you are responsible for backing them up — deleting the app or resetting it erases them permanently.
The rule engine, country data, artwork, design, name and branding of Borderly are the property of the developer. Reports and replay videos you generate may be used for your personal or business purposes, including submitting them to an authority at your own risk.
You may not reverse-engineer, resell, scrape or redistribute the app, its content or its assets, or use the app for any unlawful purpose, including misrepresenting your presence in a country.
Location, geocoding, notifications and store services depend on Apple, Google and your connection and device settings; temporary unavailability does not constitute breach. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any visa refusal, overstay, fine, tax assessment, denied entry or other loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it in the preceding twelve months.
These terms may be updated; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
Unless replaced by this agreement, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
