CliniCall: AI Doctor Assistant ("Application") is a mobile application created as a freemium service. It helps healthcare users create and review AI-assisted clinical conversations, notes, and information. The Application is provided "AS IS".

To provide responses, CliniCall may send active session content to third-party AI providers, including Google services. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, why it is used, and which providers may process it.

1. Information Collected

1.1 Session Content

The Application collects session content only when you actively use relevant features. This may include:

Microphone audio while a voice session is active
Transcripts of user speech and assistant responses
Clinical notes, prompts, documents, screenshots, or photos you choose to provide
AI-generated summaries, suggestions, and conversation outputs

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

Some technical information may be collected automatically, such as:

Device model, operating system version, app version, language, and IP address
Usage activity, including screens viewed, features used, session timing, and date/time information
Crash reports, performance data, and diagnostic logs
Advertising identifiers, only when you allow App Tracking Transparency permission

1.3 Purchase Information

If you subscribe or make an in-app purchase, the Application may receive subscription status, entitlement details, and transaction identifiers. Payment card details are handled by Apple and are not received by the Service Provider.

2. How Information Is Used

Information is used to:

Generate AI-assisted spoken or written responses during active sessions
Process shared audio, transcripts, files, and images for the features you request
Operate, maintain, debug, and improve the Application
Manage subscriptions, free trials, and paid entitlements
Analyze usage trends and diagnose crashes or service issues
Measure advertising performance, only if you grant tracking permission
Send important service notices if you provide contact information

3. Third-Party Processors

The Application may share information with service providers solely to operate the Application and provide requested functionality:

Google LLC: Gemini AI models through Firebase AI Logic / Google Cloud may process audio, transcripts, prompts, documents, and photos to generate responses. Google may also provide Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, and Cloud Messaging.
RevenueCat: subscription status, entitlement, and purchase management.
Apple: App Store payment processing and subscription billing.
Meta Platforms: advertising measurement, only where App Tracking Transparency consent has been granted.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to comply with valid legal process, to protect rights or safety, to investigate fraud, or to respond to a government request.

4. Health-Related Information

Session content may contain health-related information. It is processed to provide the Application's features, is not sold, and is not used for advertising. CliniCall is not intended to replace independent clinical judgment, emergency care, or professional responsibility.

You should avoid entering patient names, identification numbers, dates of birth, contact details, or other direct identifiers unless you have the proper authority, consent, and legal basis to do so.

5. Consent and Control

Before using features that process session content, the Application may present an in-app consent notice. By accepting that notice and using the Application, you agree to the processing described in this Privacy Policy.

You may withdraw consent by deleting local data, disabling permissions in device settings, canceling use of session features, or uninstalling the Application.

6. Retention and Deletion

Voice audio is used for processing and is not intentionally retained by the Service Provider after processing completes.
Transcripts, notes, and summaries may be stored locally on your device unless a feature clearly indicates otherwise.
You may delete individual sessions or all locally stored Application data through in-app settings where available.
Automatically collected analytics, diagnostics, and purchase records are retained according to the applicable third-party provider policies.

7. Security

The Service Provider uses reasonable physical, technical, and procedural safeguards for information processed or maintained through the Application. Data transmitted to service providers is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Opt-Out Rights

You may stop collection by discontinuing use of the Application and uninstalling it. You can also adjust microphone, camera, photo library, notification, and tracking permissions in your device settings.

9. Children's Privacy

The Application is not directed to children and is intended for use by adults, including healthcare professionals or healthcare-related users. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application after an update means you accept the revised policy.
