Dualix: Dual Camera Recorder ("the App") is an iPhone camera app that captures photo and video with the front and rear cameras simultaneously, with picture-in-picture and split layouts, optional separate camera files, and optional portrait + landscape exports. All capture, composition, and export happen on your device.
Simultaneous front + rear capture depends on Apple's multi-camera support and requires a compatible iPhone (roughly iPhone XS/XR and newer). Available resolutions, frame rates, lenses, and camera combinations vary by device. Some options (for example 4K, 60 FPS, or separate camera files) may not be available on every iPhone, and quality may be reduced automatically to keep recording stable under thermal pressure.
You are responsible for what you record. You agree not to use the App to:
Laws about recording audio and video of other people differ by country and region — know and follow the rules that apply where you record.
Everything you capture belongs to you and stays on your device. We claim no rights over your photos or videos, we add no watermark, and we have no access to your content.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While the App is engineered to protect recordings (including interruption handling and crash recovery), we cannot guarantee that every recording will complete or be preserved in all circumstances — do not rely on the App as the only recording of critical, one-time events. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost footage. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
