Email eacompany947@gmail.com and you'll get a reply from a person. Settings → Contact Support inside the app does the same thing.
How a design is made
- Photograph the room you want to change, or pick a photo from your library.
- Choose a transformation — a restyle, a full renovation, furnishing an empty room, new walls or floors, or your own written brief.
- Pick the room type and a style.
- Wait about half a minute. Turn on "notify me when it's done" and you can leave the app while it works.
Getting a better result
- Shoot straight on from a doorway or corner, at eye level, with as much of the floor and ceiling in frame as you can.
- Daylight beats a single ceiling bulb. Avoid heavy shadow and strong backlight.
- One room per photo. A shot down a hallway into three rooms confuses the model.
- Blurred or very dark photos produce blurred, unconvincing designs.
My result is blurred
Free designs are delivered as a blurred preview. The sharp, full-resolution image is unlocked by House Design Pro — the design you already generated is kept, so unlocking reveals that exact image rather than making you start again.
The before/after slider looks misaligned
House Design keeps the camera angle, walls, windows and ceiling of your photo. If the two halves do not line up, it is usually a very wide-angle shot or a photo taken at an extreme tilt — retake it more square to the room and try again.
Generation failed
A failed generation does not consume your free design. Check your connection and try again; if it keeps failing, email us with the approximate time and we will look at the logs.
Purchases & restore
- New device or reinstalled? Settings → Restore Purchases.
- Cancel or change plan: Settings → Manage Subscription (opens Apple's subscription sheet). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Languages
House Design is available in 24 languages and follows your device language on first launch. To change it afterwards: Settings → Language.
Deleting your designs
Deleting the app removes your anonymous identity and with it access to your stored designs. To have the files erased from the server too, email us and say so. See the Privacy Policy for what is stored and for how long.
