Weather Game presents weather information as cinematic visual scenes. Weather data is provided by Apple's weather service. Forecasts are estimates; do not rely on Weather Game as the sole source for safety-critical decisions.
Weather Game requires a paid subscription (weekly or annual, auto-renewing) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled anytime in your Apple Account settings. The lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
Purchases are processed by Apple; refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store terms at reportaproblem.apple.com.
All scenes, artwork, names, and branding in Weather Game are original works of the developer. Weather cards generated by the app may be shared for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its assets.
Weather data and store services depend on Apple's infrastructure and your connection; temporary unavailability does not constitute breach.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These terms may be updated; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
Unless replaced by this agreement, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
