1. Introduction

Welcome to Retro Games: GameFlow ("the App", "we", "our service"). Retro Games: GameFlow is a mobile application featuring classic arcade-style games including Slither, Chomper, Stackers, 2048, Floppy, Pixel Runner, and XO Battle, with global leaderboards and social competition features.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Retro Games: GameFlow provides:

• 7+ original arcade-style games
• Global and friends leaderboards
• Social features including friend requests and multiplayer competition
• High score tracking and statistics
• Referral system for unlocking games
• Premium features available through subscription plans
• Nickname-based user profiles

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You may not:

• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, leaderboards, or its services
• Use cheats, hacks, or automated tools to manipulate scores
• Create offensive, inappropriate, or misleading nicknames
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users
• Use the App in a way that violates the rights of others

4. User Accounts & Nicknames

4.1 Account Creation

• The App uses anonymous authentication via Firebase
• Some features require setting a unique nickname
• Nicknames are public and visible on leaderboards

4.2 Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Choosing an appropriate, non-offensive nickname
• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4.3 Nickname Policy

• Nicknames must be 3-20 characters
• Must be unique across all users
• Cannot contain offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language
• We reserve the right to remove or change nicknames that violate this policy

5. Gameplay & Fair Play

5.1 Game Rules

• Each game has its own rules and mechanics
• High scores are recorded and displayed on leaderboards
• All gameplay must be legitimate and achieved through manual play

5.2 Anti-Cheating Policy

We strictly prohibit:

• Use of automated scripts or bots
• Manipulation of game code or memory
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Score manipulation or fraudulent submissions

Violation may result in:

• Removal from leaderboards
• Account suspension or termination
• Loss of premium features without refund

6. Leaderboards & Social Features

6.1 Leaderboards

• Global leaderboards display top 10 scores per game
• Friends leaderboards show scores from your friend list
• Scores are stored and displayed publicly with your nickname
• We reserve the right to remove suspicious or fraudulent scores

6.2 Friend System

• Send and accept friend requests using nicknames
• Friends can view each other's scores
• You can remove friends at any time
• Harassment or abuse through friend requests is prohibited

6.3 Referral System

• Users can refer friends using their nickname
• Referrals may unlock premium features (one-time use)
• Abuse of the referral system may result in account suspension

7. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

7.1 Subscription Plans

Retro Games: GameFlow offers premium subscriptions:

• Weekly subscription
• Monthly subscription (with free trial)

Prices vary by region and are displayed in the Apple App Store.

7.2 Premium Features

Subscriptions may include:

• Unlimited access to all games
• Participation in grand challenges and competitions
• Access to future games
• Enhanced gaming experience

7.3 Free Trial

• New subscribers may receive a free trial period
• Full access to premium features during trial
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled before trial ends
• Only one trial per user

7.4 Payments & Billing

• Payments are processed via Apple App Store
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• You will be charged at the start of each billing period
• Manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings

7.5 Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancel anytime through Apple ID settings
• Access remains active until end of billing period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law
• Refund requests must be submitted through Apple App Store

8. Data & Privacy

8.1 Data We Collect

We may collect:

• Gameplay statistics and high scores
• Friend lists and social interactions
• Nickname and user profile data
• Device information and diagnostics
• In-app purchase history

8.2 Data Usage

Your data is used to:

• Maintain leaderboards and rankings
• Enable social features
• Improve gameplay experience
• Track subscription status
• Provide customer support

8.3 Data Security

• Data is stored securely using Firebase services
• User authentication via Firebase Auth
• Leaderboard data is encrypted in transit
• We do not sell personal data to third parties

9. Intellectual Property

• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App

9.2 Game Content

• All games are original implementations inspired by classic arcade gameplay mechanics
• All visual assets, code, and game logic are originally created
• We do not claim ownership of general gameplay concepts or mechanics

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for:
  • Lost data or progress
  • Service interruptions or bugs
  • Third-party service failures (Firebase, RevenueCat)
  • Disputes between users
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription
• We are not responsible for third-party content or services

11. Service Availability

• We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect service
• Games, features, or leaderboards may change without notice
• We reserve the right to discontinue any feature

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in cheating or score manipulation
• Use offensive nicknames or harass other users
• Abuse the referral or social features
• Fail to pay required fees
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

12.3 Effect of Termination

• Access to the App and premium features will be revoked
• High scores may be removed from leaderboards
• No refunds for remaining subscription period (unless required by law)

13. Changes to Terms

• These Terms may be updated from time to time
• Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• You can review the current version at any time

14. Governing Law & Disputes

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will first attempt to be resolved through good faith negotiation
• If unresolved, disputes will be handled in the courts of Turkey

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Retro Games: GameFlow regarding use of the App.

17. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, analytics
• RevenueCat: Subscription management
• Apple App Store: Payment processing

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

18. Age Restriction

The App is suitable for users aged 4+ (as per App Store rating). No personal information is knowingly collected from children under 13.
