You keep all rights to the information you log. It is stored on your device. You are responsible for anything you choose to export or share with others.
Mellu Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, offered weekly or yearly. The yearly plan may include a free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and payment is charged. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Purchases are processed by Apple; refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store terms at reportaproblem.apple.com.
You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the app's estimates or for loss of data stored on your device. Export your data if you want to keep a copy.
These terms may be updated; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
Unless replaced by this agreement, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
