Decor Studio needs one thing from you: a photo of a room. There is no account, no ads and no tracking. This page explains exactly what happens to that photo, including the parts that are less than obvious.
Decor Studio asks for no sign-up, no email address and no name. The app signs in anonymously to Firebase, which issues a random identifier so your designs can be returned to your device. That identifier is not linked to you, and we hold no name, email, phone number or address.
When you ask for a design, the photo you chose is uploaded to our Firebase Storage bucket (Google Cloud, United States) and then:
Your original photo is deleted automatically 30 days after upload by a scheduled job. The generated result stays in your library until you delete the app or ask us to remove it.
Images are delivered to the app over public storage.googleapis.com links. The address of each file contains your random identifier and a random design identifier, so it cannot be guessed or browsed, and it is not listed anywhere. But it is not password-protected: anyone who obtains the exact link can open the image, and the link does not expire.
In practice the link is only ever sent to your own device. Still, treat a Decor Studio image link the way you would treat any unlisted link — if you share it, whoever receives it can keep opening it. If you would rather your room photos were not handled this way, please do not upload them.
Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through your Apple Account. RevenueCat, our purchase-infrastructure provider, receives an anonymous app-generated identifier and receipt information to confirm whether your subscription is active. Decor Studio never sees your payment details. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Decor Studio uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to count anonymous events (which screens are opened, whether a generation succeeded) and to receive crash reports. These carry no photo content and no personal identifiers. See Firebase's privacy documentation.
If you turn on "notify me when it's done", the app schedules a local notification on your device. No push server is involved and no notification data leaves your phone.
Decor Studio shows no advertising and performs no cross-app or cross-site tracking. We do not request App Tracking Transparency permission, because we do not track.
Deleting the app removes your anonymous identity from your device, which means the designs stored under it can no longer be reached from the app. To have the stored files and records erased from the server as well, email eacompany947@gmail.com from the device in question and say so; we will delete them.
Decor Studio is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone.
If this policy changes, the updated version is posted at this page with a new date.
