I can't hear the examples

Turn the volume up — lesson sounds play even when the ringer switch is off.
If headphones were unplugged, playback stops on purpose; tap Play again.
After a phone call or another app's audio, tap Replay. A sound that fails to play is never counted as a wrong answer.

How lessons unlock

Each lesson explains one idea, then gives guided questions and ten questions on your own.
A lesson counts as practiced at 80% on your own. Guided answers and answers after a hint don't count toward the score.
Checkpoints close each unit; if one doesn't pass yet, review the lessons before it and try again.
Leaving a lesson keeps your place — tap Resume session to continue.

Too fast? Hard to tell apart?

Turn on Slower playback in Settings.
After a wrong answer, tap Compare to hear both options from the same starting note.
The Practice tab suggests the pair you confuse most.

Backup and new devices

Settings → Backup → Sign in with Apple backs up your progress; sign in with the same Apple ID on the new device.
Delete the backup from Settings → Backup → Delete account.

Purchases & restore

New device or reinstalled? Settings → Restore purchases (also on the paywall).
Cancel or change plan: Settings → Manage subscription (opens Apple's subscription settings).
Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
