ParentPlan helps parents and caregivers organize IEP and Section 504 documents: import and read documents, confirm plan details, track services and goals, prepare for meetings, and create Evidence Packs.

Always check them against the original document, which the app links to. ParentPlan does not determine eligibility, whether a school is compliant, or what your child is legally entitled to. For those questions, talk to your school team, a qualified advocate, or an attorney.
You keep all rights to the documents and information you add. They are stored on your device. You are responsible for having the right to import and share the documents you use, and for anything you choose to export or send to others.
ParentPlan Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered weekly or yearly. The yearly plan may include a free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and payment is charged. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Purchases are processed by Apple; refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store terms at reportaproblem.apple.com.
You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, or use it to process information you have no right to access.
AI features need an internet connection and depend on third-party services; they may be temporarily unavailable or changed. Your stored records remain available offline.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the app's output or for loss of data stored on your device. Keep copies of important school documents.
These terms may be updated; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
Unless replaced by this agreement, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
